My name is Jacqueline. I am the founder of Divine Light Holistics and I am a Holistic Therapist for women based in East Sussex. I practice from home in a beautiful, peaceful space.

I offer deeply relaxing treatments, combining both modern teachings from the west and ancient teachings from the east. I work empathetically and intuitively with a holistic approach to invite overall healing and wellbeing. I trained as a massage therapist in the early 1990’s and later trained as a Reiki practitioner. I will also be offering Crystal Therapy from June 2024.

I have been very fortunate to have traveled and lived in places such as India, Africa, Cambodia, and Mexico and have enjoyed experiencing a wide range of holistic treatments and healing methods. 

I am drawn to the work of supporting women. I understand the journey of the modern woman, the pressure of trying to balance career and family life, and our need to be everything to everyone in a busy and demanding world. 

I offer a safe space, a place of peace, a place to rest, to recharge, to heal. I offer a full body oil massage uniquely tailored to the client’s specific needs. I use the healing benefits of touch and a combination of techniques I have adapted over a 30-year practice such as, Shiatsu, Swedish, Deep Tissue and pressure point therapy, to invite deep relaxation and to give support to clients experiencing conditions such as, stress, trauma, grief & chronic pain.

The second branch of my therapies is Reiki. Reiki is a beautiful treatment that encourages healing for mind, body, and spirit. Reiki is easy to receive and feels gentle and peaceful but can yield powerful shifts and encourage positive change.

Reiki can be translated from the Japanese words Rei and Ki as divinely guided life force energy. Reiki is benevolent and has been my anchor and guiding light. Reiki is an exquisite energy healing technique I want to share with others so they too can feel the benefits of a deeper connection within themselves.
